<p>4.30pm Groms NSLSC - relay paddle.</p>

<p>5.30pm Relay paddle - 1km paddle – stand up paddle boards – canoe/kayak - free style paddlers</p>

<p>6.30pm Fancy Dress Fun Paddle - 200 metre paddle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>6.50pm Pro Joe Way memorial cup relay paddle RNLI lifeguards only - 1km paddle.</p>

<p>7.50pm Prize giving – live music at the rowing club in the harbour</p>

<p>We will be sending out paddlers 15 at a time and as one person gets back they hand their rash vest to the next paddler on the beach so it is continued paddling to keep the spectators going</p>
